What the scan catches

Four signals.
One better starting point.

  1. 01
    Resolution

Enough source detail for the face to stay useful after processing.

  2. 02
    Light

Avoids shadows or blown highlights that hide facial features.

  3. 03
    Sharpness

Estimates blur from local pixel detail. It is a guide, not a camera-lab test.

  4. 04
    Crop shape

Flags extreme panoramas and narrow crops that often leave too little portrait context.

Before you create

Good inputs,
fewer surprises.

Are my photos uploaded?

No. The technical checks run locally in your browser. Your selected photos are not sent to TogetherLens or an AI provider by this page.

What does the checker measure?

It estimates resolution, overall light, sharpness, and crop shape. It cannot reliably judge likeness, expression, consent, or whether a face is fully visible, so the page includes a short visual checklist for those points.

Can a high score guarantee a perfect AI portrait?

No. A strong source photo gives the model better information, but generated results can still vary. Always review faces and details before sharing or printing.

What kind of source portrait works best?

Use one person per photo, facing the camera, with an unobstructed face, even light, natural detail, and enough room around the head and shoulders.
