01 Privacy control

Delete your data.
Keep the control.

TogetherLens does not use a conventional user account. Your installed app holds a protected session that can request deletion of its own app data.

02 In the app

Three taps between you and deletion.

  1. 01

    Open TogetherLens

Use the installed app whose data you want to delete.

  2. 02

    Go to Settings → Data

Open Settings from the menu, then find the Data section.

  3. 03

    Tap “Delete My Data”

Review the confirmation and approve it. Local data is cleared after the server accepts the authenticated request.

03 What happens

A clean exit, with narrow safety exceptions.

The request removes data linked to the current app session and queues deletion with our purchase-entitlement provider. A few limited, non-photo records can remain temporarily for fraud prevention, billing, or legal compliance.

Deleted

  • Current app session and server access
  • Local images, faces, and app data
  • Invite and contribution references
  • Session-linked usage and lifecycle records
  • Purchaser mapping and active integrity keys

Limited retention

  • Keyed, non-reversible fraud-prevention markers
  • Pseudonymized transaction records where required
  • Provider media only until its original seven-day expiry

Exact categories and maximum periods are documented in the Privacy Policy.

04 Need help?

No longer have access to the app?

Email our privacy team. Because there is no conventional account, we may need limited app-session information to locate the correct pseudonymous record.
