02 / CALENDAR PHOTO PLAN

Family · Join the photo · Today

Group-photo planning reminder: review the shared scene, reply only if you want to join, and send a permissioned portrait before the chosen deadline. Group: family members who may need a clear date to find a suitable portrait and ask questions privately. Next step: reply with a recent permissioned portrait if you want to join. Timing: revisit the plan today, with a short reminder before the evening. The calendar file contains a generic plan and an attributed TogetherLens route, not names, portraits, private stories, or an invitation token. Add it only to calendars you control and label any finished composite as AI-generated.

WHY THIS TOOL TRAVELS

A deadline turns a good intention into a return visit.

  1. 01Choose

The useful output is specific enough to solve one real photo-planning problem.

  2. 02Share

The copied message and artifact carry an attributed route back to the same plan.

  3. 03Create

The store handoff keeps this tool’s placement and audience segment attached.

THE SAFETY BOUNDARY

Plan publicly.
Keep portraits private.

  • Ask every living person before using their face.
  • Keep names, private stories, and source portraits out of shared URLs.
  • Inspect identity, hands, scale, clothing, and meaningful background details.
  • Disclose that the result is AI-generated when context matters.

QUESTIONS

Before you use the plan.

Does TogetherLens add the event to my calendar?

No. The tool creates a standard .ics file after you tap the calendar action. You choose whether to download it, share it, or add it in your own calendar app.

What does the calendar file contain?

It contains a generic photo-plan title, a broad timing window, a short permission-first description, a reminder, and an attributed public route. It contains no names, portraits, contact details, or private invite token.

Can a calendar reminder drive people to the app?

It can give a group a useful reason to return to the plan, but the tool cannot prove that a calendar event was added or opened. Judge it only by attributed store clicks, consented starts, and purchases.
